it's pretty obvious i'm not willing to share wiff
the world through blogging...so...
i've been sewing a lot and stuff.
uh huh.
i broke my foot and can't go get extra work 'til i'm
all fixed, it's been 2 months.
pity party.
so.
i'm starting a wee biz wiff amykins.net.
made to order and premade handbags, purses, pillows, etc.
there's the inside of a reversable bag i made not long ago.
i use *mainly* upholstery fabrics handed down to me
from interior decorators. good, sturdy, classy stuff.
my specialty so far has been yr basic hippie-esque girly bags,
with hearts and flowers and such seemingly patched on.
i cut the bits myself and sew em on. whatever ya want.
i'll have MANY more examples when i'm ready SOON.
90% of my work is double-stitched by hand.
i know sewing machines are there for a reason, but i'm
all about puttin' some heart into it.
besides, i'm also about little intricate works, so i don't mind the hand sewing.
another besides, how many orders do you really think i'm going to get anyway?
i'm sure i'll have time to make yr creation right, if you don't
see something pre-made you don't already want.
i'm ready to accept payments by paypal, tho i'm sure we
can work out check cashing/money orders if that's yr inclination.
prices will range from ten to fifty american dollars per item.
i can make that special someone in yr life a GREAT personalized gift!
so, think about it and mail me if ya want me to.

love,
amy@amykins.net

p.s.
if ya link me, pitas is a dud from here on out.
if ya wanna help support a struggling crafter,
link http://www.amykins.net.
thanks!

Pressure pushing down on me
Pressing down on you no man ask for
Under pressure - that burns a building down
Splits a family in two
Puts people on streets
It's the terror of knowing
What this world is about
Watching some good friends
Screaming let me out
Pray tomorrow - gets me higher
Pressure on people - people on streets
It's the terror of knowing
What this world is about
Watching some good friends
Screaming let me out
Pray tomorrow - gets me higher
Pressure on people - people on streets
Turned away from it all like a blind man
Sat on a fence but it don't work
Keep coming up with love but it's so slashed and torn
Why - why - why
Love
Insanity laughs under pressure we're cracking
Can't we give ourselves one more chance
Why can't we give love that one more chance
Why can't we give love
Cause love's such an old fashioned word
and love dares you to care for
The people on the edge of the night
And love dares you to change our way of
Caring about ourselves
This is our last dance
This is our last dance
This is ourselves
Under pressure
Under pressure
Pressure
